Mon - Fri: 09:30 - 17:00 Foreign tourist: 200 Baht  Thai citizen: 80 Baht  Student: 20 Baht Child under 6 & senior citizens: Free 

I got in with Muse Pass which costs 199 THB and gives entry to 56 museums all over Thailand. I spent over an hour and there were no other visitors.
